CLIENT ONBOARDING PACKET
Annual Agreement – Required for All Services
SECTION 1 — LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE OF CLAIMS
1. Assumption of Risk
Owner acknowledges that outdoor excursions and transport involve inherent risks, including:
- Rocky, steep, uneven, or unstable terrain
- Loose gravel, sand, mud, snow, ice, or water crossings
- Sudden weather changes (heat, cold, wind, sun)
- Wildlife encounters (coyotes, snakes, birds of prey, insects)
- Exposure to burrs, foxtails, allergens, brush, or natural debris
- Dog‑to‑dog interactions, including scratches, punctures, bites
- Vehicle transport risks including sudden stops or group transport dynamics
Owner voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation.
2. Release of Liability
Owner releases Dogs Not Dudes LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from all claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from:
- Dog behavior (aggression, reactivity, escape, injury to another dog)
- Injuries during transport or excursions
- Illness (kennel cough, parasites, environmental exposure)
- Unpredictable actions of other dogs, wildlife, or third parties
- Incidents during pick‑up, drop‑off, or handling
This release applies even if caused by negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law.
3. Dog‑to‑Dog Incidents & Owner Liability
If the Owner’s dog injures another dog, the Owner is fully financially responsible for:
- Veterinary bills
- Follow‑up care
- Damages resulting from the incident
If another dog injures the Owner’s dog, the Owner agrees the Company is not liable for third‑party dog behavior.
4. Health, Vaccination & Fitness Requirements
Owner certifies their dog:
- Is current on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella
- Is free from contagious illness or parasites
- Is spayed/neutered if over 12 months
- Is physically capable of trail activity
5. Behavior Disclosure Requirements
Owner affirms full disclosure of:
- Reactivity (dog, human, wildlife, bikes, etc.)
- Resource guarding
- Bite history
- Anxiety, escape tendencies, fear behaviors
Failure to disclose may result in termination of services and Owner assumes all resulting liability.
6. Emergency Veterinary Care Authorization
Dogs Not Dudes LLC may:
- Seek care at the nearest available clinic
- Approve stabilization treatment if Owner cannot be reached
- Transport the dog as needed
Owner is financially responsible for all veterinary costs.
7. Transport Authorization
Owner authorizes:
- Crated transport
- Seat‑belt tethering
- Group transport
Owner understands transport carries inherent risks.
8. Media Release
Owner grants Dogs Not Dudes LLC permission to:
- Photograph and video their dog
- Use media for marketing, social media, website, and promotional materials
- Edit or modify media as needed
Rights are perpetual, worldwide, and royalty‑free.
Owner may opt out of being personally tagged.
9. Owner Responsibilities
Owner agrees to:
- Provide accurate contact information
- Ensure dog wears secure collar/harness
- Provide required gear (jacket, boots, medication)
- Notify Company of health or behavior changes
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by Nevada law.
